This week on Fit with Chris I will be sharing
my back and triceps workout I did this past week. Like always, I begin with a little bit of
stretching and then I started my warm up with lat pull downs doing four sets of
15 to 20 repetitions (reps). After that I moved to doing single arm dumbbell
rows starting light and increasing the weight each set doing five sets of 10
reps.
